Upali Singh Rana a certified yoga teacher from Sivananda Dhanwantari Ashram, Kerala. As a member of the Indian Yoga Association, she iscurrently learning more about Yoga Theory and Practice. She is passionate about traveling and yoga. 


She'll be giving beginners yoga class. It's usually of 60 mins. But as time wouldn't allow her, she'll cut it short to 45 min. In that, She will be teaching

- Benefits of yoga. 

- Eye exercises.

- Neck exercises. 

- Abdominal breathing.

- Single and double leg raises.
