On this International Yoga Day let's get fit with Anushka Kuchnure. She is graduate Engineering and currently pursuing bachelors in YogaScience. She have been teaching yoga since past 1.5 years. Her mission is to motivate hundreds of people to practice yoga in daily life and to help them build mental and physical strength simultaneously.
Note: The class will be of 45min, headed with a series of basic asanas and 1 pranayama. 5 min any QnA at the end.
