Try to keep all the essentials required for trekking, It is advised not to pack unnecessary things, Before starting your trek make sure that you have the below mentioned items in your luggage - 

  • Trekking Shoes: You should wear waterproof trekking shoes with a good grip. 
  • Backpacks with rain cover: When buying gear, check the gear for side pockets and compartments. During the hike, you can buy a backpack of 40 to 60 liters.
  • Walking stick: If your travel agency provides you with a walking stick, that would be great! However, if not, you should still have at least one.
  • Headlamp: Your trekking travel agency should keep this in mind, but wearing your headlamp will reduce users' discomfort.
  • Water bottle/thermos: One of the most important things is a water bottle that can withstand even the harshest conditions. You can also bring a thermos and a water bottle to get hot water. 
  • Snacks: Light snacks that do not need to be carried with fire or water should be placed in a backpack. Packed in small reusable airtight bags, they can also help you travel environmentally.
