The Sar Pass, situated in the Parvati Valley of Kullu district. Sar, in the local dialect, means a lake which is very much similar to the kind of trail you will find during this trek. Trekking,  across the path from Tila Lotni to Biskeri Ridge, one has to pass by a small, frozen lake (Sar).The trail takes you through the ordination of picturesque grasslands and forests conjugated with steep rocky terrain and snow patches.The trek route emerges from Kasol and goes through Grahan, Ratta Pani, Nagaru and Barsheni.

DAY 01: Kasol

All the trekkers meet at Kasol Base Camp in the morning. We utilize this day acclimatization, ice breakers and orientation session. 

Day 02: Grahan Village (8kms/ 4-5 Hours)

We wake up to the beautiful Himalayan sunrise at Base Camp.Post breakfast and drive to the centre of Kasol to start our trek to the Grahan Village.The easy trail which is frequently used by locals will take you through pine forests and in a couple of hours, you will be able to cover a good distance. After reaching the Grahan Nahal, the trail becomes rocky and steep. After an hour of trek, we reach the Grahan Village by evening. Overnight stay and dinner in the campsite. 

Day 03: Grahan Village To Min Thatch (13kms/ 4-5 Hours)

After breakfast, we leave the campsite and start our trek towards the Min Thatch trail.  As we trek towards the north side of Grahan, you will spot Min Thatch, Nagaru and Sar top on the mountains.Through steeper trails and the lush green forest; crossing the  Chanderkhani stretch we reach Min Thatch. 

Overnight stay at the camps.

Day 04: Min Thatch To Nagaru (10 km/ 4-6 Hours)

Post breakfast, we start our trekking through the pastoral forest for Min Thatch to Nagaru. We have to be extra careful on this trail as we go through steep slopes. After a difficult trek for 2-3 hours, you will finally reach the Nagaru campsite. Enjoy the mesmerising vistas of the magnificent mountain across the Parvati valley; see the small glittering lights of the Manikaran town as the night sets in. Overnight stay at the campsite. 

Day 05: Nagaru To Biskeri Thatch Via Sar Pass (13km / 6-8 Hours)

Rise and shine early morning to start your trek as we climb up through the snow trails and admire the dazzling peaks of Tosh Valley. The exhilarating view on the top of Sar Pass will leave you spellbound. Spend some time there and delve in the beauty of the place. The sliding downhill is almost 1 KM and 1hr trail crossing a few magical water streams to reach the Biskeri Thatch. Overnight stay in the campsite by evening. 

Day 06: Biskeri Thatch To Barshaini And Drive Back To Kasol. (10km/ 4-5 Hours)

Enjoy the splendid views of lofty mountains and pine forests from Biskeri Thatch on your last day of the trek. Post breakfast we start trekking downhill through the dense forest, crossing a stream to reach Pulga.The twin villages of Pulga and Tulga are separated by a stream.As we cross the bridge on the Parvati River to reach the Barshaini Village we catch our vehicle to drive to Kasol.
