Terms and Conditions

 Payment Policy :

  • To 'Confirm Your Booking', a minimum of 10% of the Total Booking Value must be deposited within 24 hours of booking the trip.
  • 30% of the Total Billing Amount to be deposited as the booking amount at the time of the booking
  • Remainder 70% of the Total Billing Amount to be deposited before 30 days of the departure date
  • Failure to adhere to the Payment Policy can lead to a cancellation of the booking without any prior notice to the booking person.

Cancellation Policy-

  • Any cancellations made up to 30 days prior the departure date would attract a 20% cancellation of the total ticket value.
  • Any cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date would attract 100% cancellation of the total ticket value.
  • Fail to do the 30% amount within a month of the booking or 3 months prior to the travel date, whichever is sooner, the booking will stand canceled without any prior intimation, and the amount received by the Deyor Adventures Pvt. Ltd. will be forfeited with no refund.

 

General Policies-

  • It is mandatory for all guests to carry a valid identification proof at the time of check-in. The identification proof accepted are Voter’s ID Card, Passport, & Driver’s license. PAN cards are not accepted as a valid ID proof.

  • Deyor Camps tour captain reserves the right to take strict actions against a guest, if any action by the guest is deemed inappropriate by the tour captain or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the tour captain.

  • Certain tours may have different policies during different times of the year and our policy may not apply to them.

  • Guest shall be liable to pay for any damages, except normal wear and tear to an asset, if any.

  • Certain policies are booking specific and will be informed to the customer while making the booking.

  • We reserve the right to change these terms at any time & any such changes will be in effect immediately when posted on our website, in our brochures, or otherwise brought to your attention.

 

Circumstances Beyond Our Control: 
We cannot pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any amount or otherwise accept responsibility, if as a result of circumstances beyond our control, we have to change your tour after booking, or we, cannot supply your tour, as we had agreed, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description. When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances will usually include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, airport closures, epidemic, natural or nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, bad weather.

Your Responsibility:
We want all our customers to have an enjoyable, carefree holiday. But you must remember that you are responsible for your actions and the effect they may have on others. If we, or another person in authority, believe your actions could upset, annoy or disturb other customers or our own staff, or put them in any risk or danger, or damage property or you are unfit to travel, we may end your tour and terminate your contract. You and your travelling party will be prevented from using your booked accommodation, transport, and any other Travel Arrangements forming part of your booking and we will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any other costs you have to pay. Alternatively at our discretion, you may be permitted to continue with your tour but may have additional terms of carriage imposed upon you.

In addition to the above and the effect your actions may have on others, you must particularly also bear in mind that you are responsible for your safety, and that you are responsible for the condition of the property you occupy. We are not responsible for any accidents which occur in or around irresponsible behaviour or for any accidents which occur anywhere on properties because of glass, china or the like which you have broken and/or have left in a way in which injury can result. You who are taking the trip with Deyor Camps are solely responsible for the way they drive and/or rides their cars and/or Bikes. Deyor camps will not tolerate any sort of negligent driving and/or riding and you are strictly ordered to adhere to the tour captains for driving and/or riding instructions. If any of you are found guilty of the above, then the contract with you and Deyor Camps will be terminated with immediate effect and also, you shall be debarred from travelling with us in future.

We expect that you will enjoy your holiday with us. We appreciate that you may well drink alcohol as part of your enjoyment. You must, however, do so responsibly and we will have no liability to you for any injury, loss or damage you suffer as a result of your judgment being impaired wholly or partly by alcohol.

We will hold you and the members of your travelling party jointly and individually liable for any damage to the accommodation, furniture, apparatus or other materials located within the accommodation, together with any legal costs we incur in pursuing a claim. It is your duty to report any breakages, defects or damage to an appropriate person immediately.

If your behavior or the behavior of any members of your travelling party causes any diverted we and/or the carrier will hold you and those members jointly and individually liable for all costs incurred as a result of that diversion. We cannot accept liability for the behavior of others in your accommodation, or for any facilities/services withdrawn as a result of their action.

 

Disclaimer of Responsibility for Property Services

We act as a booking platform to facilitate the reservation of accommodations at various properties ("Properties"). While we make every effort to ensure the best possible experience for our customers, we want to clarify our limited role and responsibility regarding the services provided at these Properties.

  1. Booking Process: We act as an intermediary between you (the "Customer") and the Properties listed on our platform. Our role is limited to facilitating the booking process, which includes securing reservations on your behalf.

  2. Service Commitment: The services offered at each Property are solely the responsibility of the respective Property owner or manager. The descriptions of services, amenities, and inclusions provided on our platform are based on information provided by the Properties. We do not independently verify the accuracy of this information.

  3. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or adequacy of services, amenities, or inclusions offered at the Properties. We do not control or operate these Properties, and therefore, we are not responsible for any shortcomings or discrepancies in the services provided.

  4. Limitation of Liability: We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, inconvenience, or any other claim arising from or in connection with your stay at a Property. This includes but is not limited to issues related to the Property's condition, cleanliness, safety, or any changes in services beyond our control.

  5. Resolution of Disputes: Any disputes or issues related to your stay at a Property should be addressed directly with the Property owner or manager. We may assist in facilitating communication, but we are not responsible for resolving disputes between you and the Property.

By using our booking platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Your bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific Property.
  • We are not responsible for any discrepancies between the Property's offerings and your expectations.
  • We do not guarantee the availability or quality of services provided by the Properties.

Please carefully review the terms and conditions of both our platform and the Properties you book to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold [Your Company Name] harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform and any stay at a Property.

This disclaimer of responsibility is a fundamental part of our terms and conditions, and by using our platform, you agree to its terms and conditions.

 

Medical Self Declaration

Trips organized by Deyor Camps take place in remote and less-developed regions, with less means of rapid evacuation, medical supplies and facilities. In the event of an accident, illness and/or injury an evacuation will be slow and uncertain as these trips take place in mountainous, high altitude, or other hazardous terrain. Common and uncommon signs and symptoms of altitude sickness should be expected. These include, but are not limited to: sleeplessness, coughing, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and muscle cramps. Severe cases of altitude sickness can include pulmonary and/or cerebral edema. In addition, exposure to microorganisms unknown to our digestive system may cause symptoms from a wide array of gastrointestinal disorders despite the best efforts to treat drinking water and prepare food properly. A poor state of health can greatly increase the dangers and risks that can be incurred on these trips. Therefore, Deyor Camps require that all guests are examined by a physician and are properly immunized for the destination(s). We also require each of our traveler to carry the medical certificate duly completed by a doctor, with them for their trip.

 

Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services / activity / experience due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason(s), we must be notified that there will be no refund of any amount under any circumstance. Any cancelled service or experience that was not carried out due to any reason where Deyor Adventures is responsible, will be refunded in the form of credit note only. There will be no cash refund under any circumstances.

 

Defamation

Traveller agrees to not attack/criticise Deyor Adventures Private Limited or any of its employees, associates or partners publicly including but not limited to public forums, Google reviews, Facebook reviews, social networking websites etc. at any time before, during or after their trip. In a case of breach of this contract, the traveller understand that there will be legal recourse subject to a minimum amount of INR 50,000 per breach as damages to the company.

 

Liability Declaration

I am aware of the risks and dangers related to the Trek/Bike Expedition/Tour that route I have booked with Deyor Camps, especially in respect to the terrain, weather, high altitude and desolate nature. I am aware that there could be accidents leading to injury or illness. Death too cannot be ruled out, while undertaking the trek/bike expedition/trip. In recognition of the inherent risks of the activity in which I will engage, I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the activity. My participation is voluntary and I will assume financial responsibility for personal injury, accidents, illness and damage to or loss of personal property as the result of any incident or accident that may occur.

I understand that this release relates to all claims and liability during or after the trip resulting from a pre-existing medical condition. I will provide the medical certificate as required by Deyor Camps and accept full responsibility for any omissions or errors or any non-compliances. In case of any injuries/illness on different terrains during a trip/activity, Deyor Camps as a tour operator or its agents/vendors/partners will not be responsible. I shall bear all the expenses which may arise in case of any medical exigency or emergency condition.

Booking Policy

  • Passports and Pan Card Required For All Travelers

  • Availability of the Resort / Room Category would be Subject to Change at the Time of Payment

  • Flight Prices Would be Subject to Change at the Time of Payment Confirmation

  • If Resort is sold out, we are entitled to offer you the similar category of resort.

  • In case we find duplicate booking at the resort by your name, Deyor will not be responsible for any refund

Payment Policy

  • 10% of the Booking Amount (It may vary from Hotel to Hotel)

  • Post Confirmation Shared - 10% of the Booking Amount Required 

  • 45 Days Before - 30%   of the Booking Amount Required

  • 30 Days Before - 100% of the Booking Amount Required

  • 100% Flight Amount Would be Required at the Time of Booking

     

Cancellation Policy

 
  • If Canceled on or Before 60- 31 Days Initial Booking Amount Paid will Be Charged

  • Booking Amount is non-refundable on cancellation, any day after your booking.

  •  If Canceled on or Before 30 Days 100% of the Booking Amount Will be Charged

  • Flight Cancellation Would be as per the Airlines Policy

Resort Policy

  • Honeymoon Benefits and Inclusions Shared Would be Subject to Change at the Time of Check - In

  • Kindly Re- Confirm the Inclusion 1-2 Days Before Check- In 


If You Have A Complaint
We aim to provide the best tour possible. However, if you are not satisfied please complain as soon as possible to the relevant person (for example, the accommodation management or transport supplier). If they cannot help, you must tell your tour Representative and we will do everything reasonably possible to sort the problem out. If you are still not satisfied, If you do not have the services of a Representative, you must contact us at the given Email ID or Phone Number. No complaints or refund requests for the same be entertained after the tour ends.
